Icicle ERP Users Rave About Food Traceability Software and Stellar Customer Support
We at Icicle Technologies are excited to be working with the software marketplace leader G2 on a customer review campaign for our profile in their rankings for food traceability software and food safety management software. These rankings are assembled via G2’s verified peer review process to build an authentic picture of Icicle ERP for potential customers.
While we expect some more exciting G2 announcements to come, we’re jumping the gun a bit to share some of the highlights from the user reviews that have come in so far (which you can read in full on their website).
“Excellent Traceability Platform with Customer Service to Match”
So said the Icicle user by the name of Tracy N. in the review collected by G2 this month. Tracy wasn’t the only one who raved about our food traceability software’s capabilities. Bill G. also said that “Icicle is a great tool for traceability and cost management.” “[Icicle] has been essential for our business as we take the next steps toward traceability and food safety,” reads the review from Peter W. “Icicle has helped us to trace every jar that leaves our factory and our warehouse.”
“Icicle helps us keep track of all our inventory and accurately trace and recall our product, ingredients, and packaging,” Nina N. told G2, emphasizing how centralized and accessible Icicle makes their food safety documentation. Meghan S. had similar enthusiasm for Icicle’s award-winning automated food safety and traceability management systems. “Digitalizing all documentation and allowing us to sync info to be able to cross reference everything. The traceability is fantastic,” she explained. “There are so many options and tools that integrate into your business. It really keeps everyone in one central location.”
“We looked into other systems but what we found with Icicle is it’s all in one it handles food safety, HACCP, inventory control, manufacturing, quality control in one system,” said the user by the name of Vanita G. The scope of Icicle also made an impact on Hanif M., who wrote that “the ability to ensure safety protocols are in place and address recalls is impressive.” We also appreciated Marcus G.’s enthusiasm and support: “Icicle is the best platform for food safety out there!” he said in his review.
“The Customer Service Team Makes Icicle Shine”
Those are words we definitely want to hear from our users, so we were overjoyed to hear them from Matthew T. in his G2 review of Icicle ERP. “They are willing to spend the time required (with follow-ups as requested) to make sure you truly understand what the program is doing behind the scenes so you are set up for success out the gate,” Matthew explained further.
Meghan S.’s review echoes the praise, which our marketing team repeats here in appreciation for all the hard work of our support and training staff. “The support staff are very responsive and excellent!!” is what Meghan said, specifically. Peter N. said much the same (“Technical support is awesome”), as did Marcus G., who wrote that “Icicle is very user friendly and the support has been extremely helpful & beneficial for our business.”
Hanif M.’s review really brought it come for us:
“The support from the Icicle team during implementation was exceptional. I have never had this level of support with any other MRP implementation. During the implementation many nuances related to the company came up and Icicle created new processes to support them. This was unexpected but very much appreciated.”
From the entire Icicle team, we are so happy to hear great feedback like this from our users, which included high praise and also some really thoughtful comments and suggestions for improvement. As always, our commitment to making our software work best for the food and beverage industry – and therefore also all of us as food consumers – is our top priority and satisfaction. We will be back with more G2 news in the coming weeks!
