Icicle Selected as BC Rising Star Award Finalist

On June 17 & 18, 2015, we participated in the annual FoodProWest event from the BC Food Processors Association, which was the largest and most successful yet in Burnaby, British Columbia, Canada. The creators and parent company of Icicle, Burton Software Inc., was nominated as a finalist for the BC Rising Star award.

FoodProWest celebrates one of the most important segments of our economy ‐ the production and distribution of food, beverage and natural health products. This is an event where industry experts come together to examine issues that are common to them, offer insights and share ideas that will help shape the business landscape.

This year, the awards committee selected the nominees in seven categories from a record-breaking amount of nominations. The categories were: Product of the Year, Leadership Award, Rising Star Award, Hall of Fame Award, Member of the Year, Sustainability Award, and Innovation Award.
