Regional Account Executive

You will join our team, and work within our business development group to connect with our potential customers with an intelligent, friendly, and professional ethos.  Icicle Technologies Inc. are developers of ICICLE, the award-winning food safety, quality assurance, and vendor management application that helps companies manage internationally compliant food production programs. This innovative technology leads the market with its time saving capabilities, user-friendly interfaces, and its ability to be used across multiple facilities.

A Little Bit About You

 You’re re a professional who’s passionate about technology and demonstrating how our

solution benefits our customers rather than just promoting a product

 You possess 3+ years of sales experience

 You speak English at a professional proficiency; additional languages are a bonus

 You currently reside in Vancouver and are eligible to travel across North America

 You enjoy the challenge of generating new opportunities and are unwavering in your

pursuit of excellence

 You’re an awesome communicator and express yourself well in writing; you’re warm, polished and confident on the phone

 You’re results-oriented and driven; you have a track record of meeting and exceeding your goals/quota

 You’re keenly interested in SaaS technology and understand the complexity of enterprise engagements

 You’re eager to develop your career in Sales

 You have experience in or are keen to work in a start-up environment

 You’re a delight to work with

 You’re comfortable working both individually and with a team

Your Key Responsibilities

 Serving as a brand ambassador for all things Icicle

 Managing inbound inquiries and investigating new verticals, while qualifying prospective customers’ needs

 Helping potential customers understand the value in using Icicle's technology to meet and surpass their food-safety vendor management requirements

 Become an expert in identifying challenges that our prospective customers face and demonstrating how their problems can be solved with Icicle

 Manage the sales process from qualifying the lead to customer signup

 Providing product demonstrations

 Excelling under pressure with a positive attitude and being a team player

 You’re skilled in the art of research and are a pro at obtaining a detailed understanding of company profile through meaningful business conversations and online research

 Providing weekly forecasting reports

 Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual goals

 Liaising with the Customer Success team on customer support issues and training needs

 Liaising with the Product and Marketing teams with enhancement requests and product feedback
